I recently purchased a 35th Anniversary Mazda Miata from Norm Reeves Mazda, and it was hands down the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Stephanie Foreman was my salesperson, and she was fantastic fr Norm Reeves Mazda, and it was hands down the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Stephanie Foreman was my salesperson, and she was fantastic from start to finish. This particular car was extremely limited and hard to find. I had bought a vehicle from this dealership before, so I reached out again for this one. I spoke with Stephanie on the phone, but unfortunately, every allocation had already been spoken for almost immediately after the press release. Still, Stephanie told me she’d see what she could do and would keep me updated. She looped in her sales manager, Lance Wilson, also a Miata owner/enthusiast, to see if he could pull any strings. Lance started making calls, and a couple of months later, Stephanie called me out of the blue to say they’d received an allocation for this rare and special car. If I still wanted it, it was mine. I was beyond excited. Several months passed as the car was being built and shipped, but I got consistent updates along the way. When the car finally arrived, I headed to Dallas to pick it up. Lance and Stephanie greeted me like I was family. It felt like a reunion. We even had an impromptu photo shoot with both our anniversary editions—it was a great day, and I couldn’t have been happier. Even my time in finance with Brian Wilson was smooth and easy. There are plenty of dealers out there, including many in Houston, but I chose to drive to Dallas for this car. Partly because Lance went above and beyond to make it happen, but mostly because of the trust and relationship I built with Stephanie. When the next anniversary edition rolls out in five years, I’ll be driving back to Dallas without a second thought. More
