I LOVE Luther Infiniti Bloomington. I've been bringing my car here for 6 years now and I have never been disappointed in how I am treated and the great work on my car. I will most lik I've been bringing my car here for 6 years now and I have never been disappointed in how I am treated and the great work on my car. I will most likely purchase another Infiniti from Luther just because I know I can trust their customer service and their repair service. I love my FX35 and until they bring this body style back, I need to keep this one running. Luther makes that possible. I am so thankful for the pickup service. Trying to find the time to drop the car off and pick it up is very difficult for me to do. I have friends and family who are so jealous of that service. And I do not take it for granted. It is fabulous! You don't try to sell me things I don't need and your honest if something needs to be fixed now or can wait. I prefer to do everything now and you've made that possible. I don't feel that the cost for my repairs are out of line at all. I am so very thankful I have Luther for my car. You treat me with respect. You don't talk down to me because I'm a woman and believe me that happens every day in a woman's life. I appreciate that you respect me and my car. I know it's a 2009 but if anything you make me feel it's special and deserves to be well taken care of so it can stay on the road. Thank you for everything! More

I appreciate the fact that they were able to fit my appointment in as I was going to be in the area. They were fast, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. While it was there they also found and rep appointment in as I was going to be in the area. They were fast, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. While it was there they also found and repaired a slow leak in my tire, as well. This is my go to facility and I would definitely come back. Thanks. More
