Zackary Oldham in service has done everything possible to get the repair to my brand new F-150 covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty. Him and everyone at Gary Crossley Ford are great, just wish Ford get the repair to my brand new F-150 covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty. Him and everyone at Gary Crossley Ford are great, just wish Ford itself was as concerned about standing behind their product. Great experience with dealership, not so much with warranty and engineering at Ford. More
