Arrived on a Saturday to see a CPO vehicle I found online that had just arrived, and although it was getting serviced & detailed the salesman I worked with called me that Monday from inside the vehicle detailing honestly what features were included and not included. Returned late Tuesday afternoon and traded on my car vehicle for the CPO, leaving that night with my new BMW 4 series. Manny Ferreira took care of my purchase, even helping us search other dealerships and rule out vehicles that had actually been dishonestly listed as CPO's by other dealerships in the NJ-NY area. He stayed way past closing (930pm) in order to finalize our deal that night so I could drive home with the car. Overall outstanding job by the staff and a great touch by BMW with the new electronic desk document signer that I was one of the first to use. Would definitely buy again from BMW Tenafly and Manny Ferriera! More

No sooner had I arrived to explore the options of getting a new car, I was introduced to Euna Wilson - and what a pleasant surprise! Euna immediately made me feel comfortable with the very daunting process of car-buying. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and focused on my particular needs. She took an inordinate amount of time to explain the benefits of new vs. "loaner" cars, and walked me through the process of owning vs. leasing. She then helped pick the perfect car for me - color and all! Euna has followed up on every detail with emails and phone calls, and made me feel as though I'm part of the BMW of Tenafly family. Kudos also to Landon Greer. Completing the paperwork was surprisingly fast and simple, with every question I had answered thoroughly. What an Amazing Team I've been searching for a CPO X5 since October. This has taken me to several BMW dealerships across the tri-state area. Paul Miller in Wayne couldn' I've been searching for a CPO X5 since October. This has taken me to several BMW dealerships across the tri-state area. Paul Miller in Wayne couldn't be bothered to work with us, and when we did look at a certified pre-owned car, we were told we had to take it as is; dents, scratched wheels, and no negotiating the sales price. My most recent search located a car at BMW of Tenafly where I met Euna Wilson. I knew right away that I had found one of the most sincere, knowledgeable, client services representatives out of all the dealerships I had visited. We found the exact car we wanted, and were then introduced to Angelo Renzulli, the sales manager. I could not believe that I actually spoke with the sales manager! At every other dealership we've visited in the 20 years of purchasing BMW's they've hidden in their glass office, and couldn't be bothered, but not at Tenafly. Angelo and Euna both walked around the car ensuring me that the tiny little nicks in the paint would be fixed, and on the date of delivery, they were!! I drove away in a car that if it weren't for the low mileage on the odometer, you would have no idea it was a CPO. During the sales process, I learned that BMW of Tenafly pays to have the maintenance warranty transferred to the new owner. This is unheard of at other dealerships. One place wanted to add $750 to the price of the car to add the one year of maintenance, but BMW of Tenafly adds it for extra peace of mind, because they truly care about their clients. When it was time to go over all of the paperwork, we had the pleasure of dealing with Landon Greer. Unlike other dealerships, he didn't try to push us into buying a service plan, or an extra warranty but instead explained each and every option to us. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism and service I experienced at BMW of Tenafly. Cream of the Crop I have been a long time customer of BMW of Tenafly -- I think more than 15 years. Years ago, I dealt w/a salesman -- Vincent Joseph -- who I believe I have been a long time customer of BMW of Tenafly -- I think more than 15 years. Years ago, I dealt w/a salesman -- Vincent Joseph -- who I believe was just starting out in this dealership. I always knew Vincent would do well -- he's courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all my ridiculous questions without a blink -- so when I went up this week and found that he was made Manager -- well, it was no surprise. I was looking for another lease -- the lease on my 5 series expires in April. I called Vincent and asked if he had any cars that he thought I would be interested in...that I wanted to get back into a 3 series. He called the next day and said that he put aside a 330 w/3700 miles and he told me that this was the car for me. I went up two days ago and Vincent introduced me to Ernesto Motta who was going to take me for a ride in the car and to explain all the new features. I found Ernesto very knowledgeable, extremely courteous and he had a great sense of humor. I fell in love with the car and we were off to see Landon -- the Finance Manager. He was also very professional as we went over the contract.. After all these years, I still find that BMW of Tenafly has a great group of managers and sales people. I have no reason to look elsewhere for another vehicle when my 3 year 330 series expires. All of these gentlemen - Vincent/Ernesto/Landon and, including of course, Rob Ryan in Service, are an asset to your organization. Eileen Jones More
