Another incredible experience .. I just picked up my 6th vehicle (over the past 10 years) from Ricki Shamen at BMW of Tenafly. Despite the dealership being an hour from my home (and other BMW dealerships being much closer), I can’t imagine using any other salesperson or dealership for my BMW sales needs. Ricki is an unbelievable ambassador for the BMW brand and the Penske Automotive Group. Her level of customer service, her knowledge base and her commitment to customer loyalty is something I value more and more with each new vehicle. He asked me what budget I had and what type of car I needed with any specific options. From there on he gave me a bunch of cars and followed up with me a bunch of times which helped me find the perfect fit for my first BMW lease! Manager Jason Lee was also very respectful and helped out to really finish off the deal. I was looking to get to a certain price range and he did his best to get me to there. We finally closed a deal! Landon Greer (Finance manager) was really good at all the paperwork and on point to make sure it all got done with great understanding. All three employees were outstanding and I will be coming back to BMW of Tenafly a lot for future cars! Highly recommend this BMW dealer over any others in the area. More

Having bought many vehicles over the years this was quite refreshing. As for the CPO program and the extended warranty they made sure there would be no misunderstanding. The vehicle was in tip top condition and I was given a copy of the CPO report showing the details of my cars' rating. I traveled a considerable distance to this dealer and it was worth the effort. They are a great example of how the BMW CPO program should be offered. Go to BMW of Tenafly you will be pleased. More

I m Meeting Euna Wilson at BMW of Tenably (Certified Pre-owned Dept), completely changed my negative opinion of car sales people and purchasing a car. I met Euna, who was friendly and professional, after shopping around for weeks in search of the right convertible. Minutes after our initial meeting, and a cup of coffee, I relaxed and began to enjoy the car buying experience. I appreciate that Euna was informative, honest, patient and low pressured in her sales approach. Having explored several other brands of convertibles, I was now leaning towards increasing my budget to buy a BMW. I make it a point to spend time researching my potential purchases, and Euna understood and encouraged me to take my time. She willingly answered my many questions about the car during and after I left the dealership. In the end, thanks to Euna and her team which included Landon Greer, I decided on a 2014 BMW 428 IX Convertible. Once I purchased the car, Euna sat in the convertible, carefully explained and demonstrated how to use all the automobile's amenities. Weeks later when I returned for my plates, she installed them herself. Now, that is five-star client service! I realize that I was not Ms. Wilson's only patron, but she made sure to make me feel like her number one customer.
