Another very good experience at Scott Clark Toyota. I just took my FJ Cruiser in for new tires, rear brakes and a front end alignment. Their prices were competitive and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Laney Glosson is by far, the best service advisor that I have ever dealt with. She is always very accommodating and her customer service is outstanding. I bought this vehicle new from Scott Clark Toyota in 2014. They have provided 100% of the service on my vehicle and I have no desire to change that. Very happy customer! More

While I was received very well , I have strong feeling that I was not treated well while delivering the car. Asst manager Roy who handled me went for other appointments and I have to reach multiple people that I was not treated well while delivering the car. Asst manager Roy who handled me went for other appointments and I have to reach multiple people to get help for me. Also the person who gave the bill at end didn’t explain me about the car fixes and outstanding problem. Pure bad customer service at end. More
