I was very clear about skipping the negotiations and make it simple but they had to do it anyway. I had done some research and made an offer that I thought was doable but Ferman came back with a ridiculous counteroffer of $15K more. After 2 more offers, we came to an agreed price well below their $15k and it was smooth sailing. More
