Able to fix my carplay😃 Very thankful that Honda was able to fix my CarPlay. Bad experience on the services When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. F When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. Finally, they said it's done. Went to pick up my car and saw this additional $21 for tire rotation. Can't believed they charged me for something I didn't ask for. I just bought my tires 5 months ago. I was not happy with the bill, so the guy agrees to take off from the invoice. For the power steering, I asked him what's wrong with it. He said it started to leak on the power steering. So, I asked did they fixed it? He said no, but they will see if it leak a lot next time. I waiting for 6 hours and you didn't do anything? This service is so unacceptable. More

Always awesome service! I appreciate Honda Windward for the awesome customer service. From the time I am greeted in the service center to when I'm pick up my car. I am treate I appreciate Honda Windward for the awesome customer service. From the time I am greeted in the service center to when I'm pick up my car. I am treated with utmost respect and courtesy. I especially appreciate how they go over everything in detail as to what needs to be done, too what condition my tires are in. Courteous, and very friendly staff. Thank you Honda Windward!! More
