She informed me that Saturday is their busiest day and they had no time to work with me or do the paperwork to get the car. That same day I went to the other dealer where the car supposedly was in the holding area & found the car didn't exist. I bought a car at the other dealer and would never buy from River Oaks Honda. As a 15 year service customer, I don't trust the sales people at all. More
