Avoid the Sales Department After initially speaking with Larry and then being turned over to Jared Drew (who never even introduced himself), I was told the car I wanted was avai After initially speaking with Larry and then being turned over to Jared Drew (who never even introduced himself), I was told the car I wanted was available at another dealer.Four days of Jared telling numerous stories about the car's availability including being short-staffed with porters to pick up the car led me to his "manager" Ms. Thomas. She informed me that Saturday is their busiest day and they had no time to work with me or do the paperwork to get the car. That same day I went to the other dealer where the car supposedly was in the holding area & found the car didn't exist. I bought a car at the other dealer and would never buy from River Oaks Honda. As a 15 year service customer, I don't trust the sales people at all. More

I have purchased over 6 Honda Civics over the years and from many dealers and my current purchase from Napleton Honda has been the best experience of them all. The quality of service was outstanding from from many dealers and my current purchase from Napleton Honda has been the best experience of them all. The quality of service was outstanding from sales to financing and service provided for the accessories. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for used or new vehicles. More

I had an all around wonderful experience here! Shack was great! I will definitely send anyone looking for a Honda to this dealership, and to Shack! I also met Will, the General Manager. Mr. Norman was professional; understood my needs; and worked hard to get me what I wanted. He was very patient too. I was particularly pleased with your service of walking the customer through how the worked hard to get me what I wanted. He was very patient too. This may sound strange (and I hope they are few and far between) but I look forward to my maintenance visits. Honda seems to have a great team. Did not want to create an account. So far, all of my purchases of Honda vehicles have been good, this purchase surpasses them all because I did not have to negotiate. I simply typed up my requests, handed it to the sales person, and receive good, this purchase surpasses them all because I did not have to negotiate. I was only in Honda to get my mother's car serviced, but it turned out that now I am a Honda owner. My experience today was exceptional, the gentlemen were friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehi but it turned out that now I am a Honda owner. I can't say enough how wonderful this dealership is. Mr. Parham took all the time I needed to make sure I looked at all the vehicles I was interested in, and that the cost was acceptable for me. Mr. Parham was eager to help me and actually met me at the door when I arrived (I had previously made an appointment.) Larry was very helpful in going over all the details of my new vehicle and getting my bluetooth in sinc with my vehicle. He made sure that my ipass and city sticker were on my new car. Zac was very helpful in finalizing the contracts and presenting me with the 8 options available to me going into great detail about what each one was. The reason they were given a 5 rating is that I had a set of criteria when I arrived, and they were all met, especially when I really did not need a car.
