I was only in Honda to get my mother's car serviced, but it turned out that now I am a Honda owner. My experience today was exceptional, the gentlemen were friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehi but it turned out that now I am a Honda owner. I can't say enough how wonderful this dealership is. Mr. Parham took all the time I needed to make sure I looked at all the vehicles I was interested in, and that the cost was acceptable for me. Mr. Parham was eager to help me and actually met me at the door when I arrived (I had previously made an appointment.) Larry was very helpful in going over all the details of my new vehicle and getting my bluetooth in sinc with my vehicle. He made sure that my ipass and city sticker were on my new car. Zac was very helpful in finalizing the contracts and presenting me with the 8 options available to me going into great detail about what each one was. The reason they were given a 5 rating is that I had a set of criteria when I arrived, and they were all met, especially when I really did not need a car. They listened to what I wanted without being condese of criteria when I arrived, and they were all met, especially when I really did not need a car.
