Got What I Wanted! Was able to trade in my old model for the model I wanted with the features I wanted plus more for around the same price. The associates that worked w Was able to trade in my old model for the model I wanted with the features I wanted plus more for around the same price. The associates that worked we me were friendly, helpful, reasonable, and listen well. Willing to work with you to try and get you what you want. I definitely recommend this dealership. More

Avoid this place or proceed with caution!! I wish I would have checked Yelp first. I walked into Napleton River Oaks Honda just for a test drive and proceeded to let them pressure me into a sal I wish I would have checked Yelp first. I walked into Napleton River Oaks Honda just for a test drive and proceeded to let them pressure me into a sale that lasted from 6:30pm to 11:30pm. I made the mistake of going alone and after a long day at work. I've only ever purchased one vehicle (used) so I didn't have much experience with the process of buying new. They hadn't secured a bank for my auto loan prior to allowing me to leave with the vehicle and, after going over the paperwork (that I shouldn't have signed, at least before negotiating), I see that I got taken advantage of. I have a 780 credit score, but I agreed to 84 months of financing at 4.25% I'm an idiot, but more importantly they ran me down and exhausted me. They made me feel like I was getting a deal and that they were on my side. WRONG!!! On TOP of that, I "purchased" a cargo cover accessory that didn't come with the vehicle. Three days later, I received a call saying that my order wasn't processed and wasn't built into my financing, so I could spend $150 separately to purchase it. Unbelievable. I will never do any (more) business or maintenance here after reading over everything I received and signed. I guess you live and you learn. I will say that they contacted me via phone call in regards to a comment I made while dropping off my down payment, but I did not call them back because I just never want to deal with them again. Also, it's been a week and they still have not processed or titled my car for me to plate it. More

The buying process went extremely smooth from Rafael Cartagena helping her selecting and explaining the different trim levels and features, to Ken McGaha the sales manager that made the deal and Eric Gramlich the finance manager that set up her financing. Awesome team work, including the explanation of showing her the operation of the navigation, bluetooth, etc from Larry C. I walked with my sister hoping to see what we could possibly place on ou My visit to Napleton River Oaks Honda Dealership was beyond my expectations. I walked with my sister hoping to see what we could possibly place on our bucket lists for the near future. Fortunately, we were met by Earnest Norman who was not only very professional but very kind, thoughtful and considerate. His customer service was outstanding! He truly made our visit worth while. I didn't expect to have an opportunity to leave with a vehicle that day but not only did he make that happen for me, my sister did as well! Two 2015 Honda Civic's! Sharp!! But, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Glen Smith. He came out to speak with us and share additional knowledge on our purchases which left us with a very comfortable feeling. His professional and considerate manner also let us know that we were in the right place, working with people that were committed in satisfying their customers.
