Traveled all the way up from San Diego on a train and uber to get this car, confirmed a dozen times that I had reserved it and it would be there the next day. Asked if I could put some money to hold the uber to get this car, confirmed a dozen times that I had reserved it and it would be there the next day. Asked if I could put some money to hold the car was told that was necessary and get there the next morning and find out they had sold the car the night before and didn’t inform me until I traveled 2.5 hours to get there. THEN instead of delivering a car to me to make up for their mistake, they made me go all the way to Palm Springs to get my car OR make me wait for 6 plus hours until they can bring it to me. What a xxxxty day and experience More
