From the internet salesperson, Josh, who helped me set up a test drive, to my actual sales person, Larry, who was incredibly helpful during the whole process and showed me how to use all the cool technology in my new car, to Joe, the finance manager, who took the time to explain all my options, but did not pressure me into anything extra. We arrived at the dealership and were informed “it sold 15 minutes ago.” So we wasted 3 hours and half a tank of gas. Needless to say we won’t be returning to this dealership. More

I had done business with a Lou Fusz in the past and had a good experience but wasn't expecting anymore then that but to my surprise it ended up being one of the best retail/shopping experiences I've ever had. The Sales guy, Andrew Cohen, was polite, patient, and most important pretty down to earth which IMO is the best quality a salesman could have. Andrew explained the things I didn't understand in detail, gave great advise and input on purchase options, and I was given the information needed to make an informed purchase. When it came time to do the finance paper work I had expected to kinda go through the motions of doing such a task, but I did not expect to enjoy my time talking with my their finance guy who not only gave me all the information I need but also seemed like a cool guy. Long story short I would 100% recommend making a purchase here, in fact I already have to a few other people. More
