I had initially emailed with another salesman but had not heard back so I just walked into the showroom and Rex offered to help me. I left as I had not yet made up my mind. I returned a few days later and Rex put the order in for me and we signed on a price. A few weeks later my order arrived. Larry and JP were my finance guys and they were quick, neat, and very easy to work with. I'd buy abother Jeep from these guys in a heartbeat. More

He did not make me feel rushed and was able to help me understand all the inner and outer working of the car in a simple manner. I never felt pressured or stressed when deciding to go through with my first ever BIG purchase. My 200 had the transmission problem and was in the shop several I've purchased 5 cars from Tyson over 5 years. The after-the-sale service is terrific. My 200 had the transmission problem and was in the shop several times for software updates/re-flashes. Each time, they put me in a loaner car to minimize the inconvenience. Our experience has been so good that my daughter purchased a 2019 Cherokee from them recently as well. I'm a happy 5-time customer and as long as my experience remains as good as it has, I will continue to be a repeat customer. More
