My only go to dealership It all started in 2004 when I bought my chevy Malibu from them from Tonya. Moved out of state (south Florida). Worst mistake(s). While on vacation visiting my parents, in 13, I needed a bigger car. (I was driving an 07-i think) chevy aveo. Drove to them and had no idea what vehicle I wanted. All I knew was it had to be bigger. They introduced me to the Journey. Bought it that day. Fast forward to 17, (not making the same mistake) and We were coming up for a visit, my fiancé needed a new car. (They were my first call before we headed up.) They had everything done by the time we arrived. 17 Dodge Ram was sitting there waiting for us. I thought why the heck not. Ended up trading my 13 Journey on an upgraded 17 model the same day! Great price! Great people! When our son becomes of driving age, we will make that trip just to buy from them! More

Larry LISTENED and UNDERSTOOD then Larry worked very hard locating the vehicle and getting us the BEST deal possible. The inservice that we received at the time of delivery, was the BEST and most thorough inservice we have ever had. Again, Larry is the BEST. Larry shared his knowledge and took the time to go over everything from bumper to bumper and door to door just to make sure that we understood all the features on our new Pacifica. Best no pressure experience ever.. My wife and I were out trying to get an idea of what type of vehicle to purchase when we met Larry Holcombe. He walked us threw all the vehicles that My wife and I were out trying to get an idea of what type of vehicle to purchase when we met Larry Holcombe. He walked us threw all the vehicles that Tyson Jeep had to offer. We had explained to Larry we just wanted to get an idea of what was out there, He said he would do his best to answer all our questions which he did very well. After that we decided to take a test drive and love the Jeep Cherokee latitude. Now as I said there was no pressure to do any paperwork so we asked some more questions and Larry made some great points between buying new over used, so we filled out some papers left a 50 dollar deposit on a vehicle and the people there worked their magic and we received a call from Larry later that evening letting us know he had secured financing for us. This was great news so we went back the following day and picked up our 2017 Jeep Cherokee . The process took 2 and 1/2 hours no hassles no hidden fees just what we agreed on . Waited at least a month to post my review that way I can provide a truthful experience regarding our car buying experience including financial and car Waited at least a month to post my review that way I can provide a truthful experience regarding our car buying experience including financial and car services .We have a specific model/trim of the Grand Cherokee we already picked well in advance before we went to Tyson Motors. Me and my husband had visited other Jeep dealerships for 2 months and made some phone calls regarding their web specials of the car, at the end we said NO to each one due to inconsistencies with the web pricing and actual pricing of the car on site or some won't even entertain our offer. We don't like to waste our time heading to Tyson Motors since we are ~ 21 Miles away from them so we decided to email/call and provide our specific needs before heading out to the dealership. Mr .Larry Holcombe was our guy!!! Very professional, did not push the product and was very patient. My husband is very particular with EVERYTHING and Larry made sure he had addressed all my husbands’ questions. We were very happy at the end of our purchase, he made everything possible to meet our needs/demands and the management made sure the little issues we had with the car was addressed before we signed the dotted line. Even days after our purchase, Larry answered by husbands questions via text or call. Also, Mr.Brian James from the financial services provided great service despite us calling him days after our purchase regarding price matching. After 2-3 weeks later went back to have a undercoating service for our new car and we got great service as well. Everyone at Tyson Motors Shorewood took good care of us !! The owner and staff have all worked with us to the end until we are satisfied customers. And for that a big thumbs up and 5 star service for their excellent customer service. Thank you! More
