They were willing to let us test drive multiple times if that helped us make our decision to go with Audi, which was really great. On the other hand, somethings were not that great. After submitting credit application online, they did not get back for 3-4 days. Then I had issues about license plates. Nobody informed me that the plates were available. When I called after 2 week, I was told plates are already at the dealership. We wanted to have personalized license plates and paid extra for that. When I went to get plates, I was told that they don't do personalized plates. After waiting in the lobby for half an hour, I spoke with the salesman I had dealt with. At that time, he told me that they stopped doing personalized plates sometime ago. I wish I was told the same before. More

A delightful experience I spoke with the Sales Manager over the phone describing what Q7 I wanted, what I was willing to pay and how much I expected on my trade-in. He said he could do that deal, but, of course, I was suspicious of being "baited and switched" Nonetheless, I drove down to the dealership. (BTW, the building is beautiful.) They evaluated my trade in and then confirmed they would do the deal discussed over the phone. I had my new care that same week. The Sales Manager and Salesman were both delightful to deal with; true professionals. I'd go out of my way to do more business with each. More
