No dealership including our higher end car experiences has ever been handled any better than Fitzgerald. Our sales person Larry Payne is top notch as is the service after the sales staff. More

This was my third Hyundai from Fitzgerald I bought my first Hyundai from Fitzgerald nine years ago. We weren't in the market for another car until last year. I asked for the same sales represe I bought my first Hyundai from Fitzgerald nine years ago. We weren't in the market for another car until last year. I asked for the same sales representative who had worked with me before. We were completely satisfied with the car and with the buying experience. (We were even able to drive home in the car the same day!) One year later, I was ready to trade the Hyundai I had originally bought. I did research into the kind of car I wanted, looked at the prices offered, and made another call. Once again, I was completely satisfied with the car and with the experience. One more note: When I picked up the car, I met a customer who said he was buying his sixth Hyundai from the same sales rep! More

Hyundai Tucson Limited 2017 Good deal, great price. Only Hyundai dealer I went to that would actually give me the real price. All the other three dealers we visited previously wa Good deal, great price. Only Hyundai dealer I went to that would actually give me the real price. All the other three dealers we visited previously wanted me to commit to purchase before they would reveal the final price. Don't know if that is some new sales technique the sales people learned in some seminar or them just being stupid and lazy, but no way I am going to commit to buy before I know the price. Fitzgerald Hyundai truly has the no-hassle, bottom line price plainly displayed. No guess work or games. That is why we drove from Annapolis to Rockville to purchase. We like the Fitz way! More
