I called about a recall. They said that they would order the part and call me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I called and they said the person I spoke to retired a They said that they would order the part and call me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I called and they said the person I spoke to retired and “ I guess nobody called”. The service experience had been improving, but now I guess I will have to go back to Sunset Ford.
