This time I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Teague on the purchase of my Toyota Highlander. He is by far the best sales agent I have ever encountered. Jeff is a very likable and friendly person, but at the same time professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I never felt pressured, but Jeff was there to answer any questions I had. Before we left the lot, he came out to the car with my wife and I to make sure we knew the location of all the features and how to operate them. A truly great sales agent! We also had a pleasant experience with Larry Pickett from the finance staff. He stayed later than he was scheduled to help us with the financial process. He did not make us feel rushed and answered all our questions. He talked to us about the extended warranty, the family plan, term care select as well as road hazard tire and wheel protection plans. He is a great asset to the financial dept. More

We went to dealership with the intent to purchase a used Camry, but we ended up getting a great deal on a 2017 Toyota Corolla. Steve Martinez was very patience with us and answered all of our questions and test drove two cars. Then we went to talk with finance, Larry Pickett, he was also very helpful in discussing our warranty options and going over all the paperwork. Either one of them tried to pressure us - because I hate salesman that try to pressure you into buying something. More
