Steve was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience stress free. After buying the car he continues to assist is all my technology questions and even helped me with a programming issue. He is a progressive thinker and passionate about his job! The Audi team impressed me with there ability to work together. Davor was also very helpful in the search for my vehicle and Ted was a great finance guy!! Good Job Audi Pittsburgh!!

On Wednesday October 4th, I had one of the BEST service experiences from Audi Pittsburgh. It began at 9am, with Larry Pryor picking up my R8 at my front door. He left me a clean A6 loaner car for my use. At approximately 1pm, Larry called me to ask if it would be ok to wash the car. I told him not to worry about it, that I have a guy who usually hand washes the car for me. Larry (THE SERVICE MANAGER) then INSISTED that he would like to personally hand wash my car! Really???? WOW!!! A service manager that is actually committed to pleasing the customer??? The complete opposite experience I had at Sewickley Audi!
Long story short, Larry brings my car back to my house at 6:30pm. The oil change service was done. All of the software updates were done. The car was spotless, and returned the same day! The icing on the cake was HE TOPPED OFF MY GAS!! I was totally overwhelmed with the professional service and care that Audi Pittsburgh provided! This is an organization that gets it! For the first time, Audi has a dealership in Pittsburgh that represents the brand well!! Thanks Audi Pittsburgh!!
Excellent service and follow up. Would HIGHLY Recommend. Car was serviced and finished when promised. Issue was resolved and a courtesy follow up call was made.
