Buying my first brand new car When I knew I was going to buy a new car, my Brother highly recommended looking at the new 2016 Honda Civic. He has been driven a Honda for over 14 y When I knew I was going to buy a new car, my Brother highly recommended looking at the new 2016 Honda Civic. He has been driven a Honda for over 14 years, and has had nothing but great experiences with these cars. He suggested Joyce Honda for their excellent service and prices. I arrived and was taken care by Mario Dilorio, who was extremely attentive, nice and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me at all, but allowed me to try out the two models I was most interested. There was no rushing, and he spent the time listening to me and answering my questions. I did not make a decision that day. The next day I returned with my Husband, to buy a brand new car...a big deal to me! Even when I was still on the fence about which model to buy, Mario graciously allowed me to drive the model once more, so I was sure in my own mind, that I was making the right choice. And I made it...the right choice for me, because Honda makes a quality car for a good price, and Mario was the right person to work with me. I also met two of the Managers, who were more than cordial. Also, my car was prepped beautifully...they took their time and it showed. All the people I came in contact with at Joyce Honda were just great to work with. I highly recommend Joyce Honda dealership. More

Great people and great help I went to Joyce Honda to get a new car. I spoke to Larry, who was extremely helpful and informative about the selection of cars they had to offer. He allowed me to test the car we had been talking about and the pricing of the car was very reasonable for the quality of the vehicle. The staff was very knowledgable and kind, so the process went by quickly. I plan on coming back whenever I need a car in the future. More

When there are bumps in the road, Aron Cooper, the service department manager, smooths the surface so you enjoy your dealership service experience. My Dad bought his first Accord here and the family has been coming back ever since. More

Purchase of a 2016 Honda Accord I presented to Joyce Honda on February 3rd to trade in my 2014 Honda Accord for a 2016 Honda Accord. I was greeted very courteously by Giancarlo and I presented to Joyce Honda on February 3rd to trade in my 2014 Honda Accord for a 2016 Honda Accord. I was greeted very courteously by Giancarlo and then taken to Larry Swanson's office to discuss the deal. As usual, Larry was very professional and courteous and made an excellent win win deal for both parties. After Larry's presentation of the deal, I purchased the new 2016 Honda Accord without hesitation. It is truly a pleasure to work with Larry each time I visit Joyce Honda. After my business transaction with Larry, I was sent to Giancarlo's office to complete the paperwork. Giancarlo was very helpful and we completed the paperwork without any issues. He assured me that the car would be ready at noon on February 5th. When I arrived at Joyce Honda on February 5th, the car was indeed ready at noon as promised. I must say the entire experience of purchasing a new car at Joyce Honda is nothing less than exemplary. Thank you all for make this a fun experience. I will definitely return to Joyce Honda for another vehicle in the future and I will continue to use the service department for my new cars. More

Straight foreward deal but some things need improvement. The online sales person T.J. was so nice and had great communication while researching my new car online. She was friendly and made me feel welcome upon my arrival to buy my new Honda Civic. The dealer show room itself had a bit lacking though. There is no customer waiting area except to sit at a desk in two chairs. There are no complimentary beverages such as a water cooler or tea/coffee for people coming to spend their money on a new car. I have seen this at many other dealerships and when you are there for 3 hours it would be nice not to have to buy water from the vending machine. I had my price upon my arrival so I figured it wouldn't take very long to get out of the dealership. I was wrong. I had to wait an hour even though I was done with everything else just to meet with the finance person. They only had one finance person. They used to have two but a I was told one guy quit. It was really frustrating since everything else was completed and I was just sitting there trapped and waiting. I final got my car cleaned and ready to go after 3 hours. It was raining and I mistakenly assumed they would clean all the dirt/mud that was on the interior floors before putting down the new dealer mats. Again, I was wrong I looked under the mats ( THE CLEANING CREW EVEN SAID THAT HARDLY ANYONE EVER DOES THAT) and THEY had just covered it up with the mats. They didn't even bother to vacuum!! Not very professional practice! My sales guy, Steve who was very nice, took the car back to them to fix the issue. Again, I had to wait longer. When I finally met with the finance guy I asked about the "Honda" Extended warranty. He said that they didn't sell it and sold me the Joyce Honda warranty. When I got home I found out that indeed they did sell the Honda warranty which is called Honda care. I felt misled. I called the general manager and they did rectify it for me. They said it was a misunderstanding. They apologized. They Internet sales person TJ and my sales guy Steve were very nice and when I came in to get my plates they treated me like family.This dealership would be better if they did some upgrades to the atmosphere in the dealership, got another finance person and had some beverages (maybe even snacks) for their customers that wait for so long to buy a car from them! More

This is our third CRV with Joyce Honda, we are very happy with the car.
