They show me a Accord with touring package and then they write up the sales order with an EXL package scribbled in small letters for a car that was not even in the showroom and never explained what an EXL package stood for. When i asked them to correct it, they very conveniently told me that i had signed an agreement for EXL. I have had very good experience dealing with car dealers in the past and so trusted them. This place and people including the sales manager are very dishonest and unethical people and i would not ever buy anything from them More

Great Experience I don't enjoy visiting car dealerships because of past experiences except for one day I went to Joyce Honda and met Larry Swanson. This visit gave me I don't enjoy visiting car dealerships because of past experiences except for one day I went to Joyce Honda and met Larry Swanson. This visit gave me a good experience of what a good dealership is. So after visiting 4 dealerships to look for my wife's 2017 Honda Accord V6 Touring I chose Joyce Honda as the winner by a big margin! The reason being is Larry Swanson the General Manager himself who helped me and patiently explained to me for hours the advantages and disadvantages between leasing and financing and where I could save money the most. He showed me figures and explained them to me what happens if we do this and do that, etc... His info was so helpful that it lead me to make the right decision on how to save lots of money to purchase the car. Larry did not pressure me at all of signing any contract. After 3 weeks I went back to Joyce Honda with my wife and our 7 year old son and Larry again helped and patiently explained to us where we could save more money and what our advantages if we chose leasing or financing. We made the right decision and happily got my wife's car from Joyce Honda. They have an excellent staff from Lauren, Pat, Jarred, & Dennis who all helped us with our needs. They're courteous and professional. On top of that, Larry put on his coat that cold night just to pick-up the accessories that we ordered from their Parts Department which I think was already close because it was 8pm already. He himself took out the the floor mats and trunk tray and put on the new all weather floor mats and trunk tray. Then he spoke to the mechanics and had them installed the mud-guards asap. We were out of the shop in 10 minutes! Impressive. Larry Swanson went out of his way to help us above and beyond. We love our new car and happy with our decision. Joyce Honda is the place to go if you're planning to get a Honda. Thanks Larry & staff! More

BUYER BEWARE Lied and pulled the old BAIT AND SWITCH. After visiting in person and exchanging many emails I was given a new auto price and a trade-in value on my Lied and pulled the old BAIT AND SWITCH. After visiting in person and exchanging many emails I was given a new auto price and a trade-in value on my old car. When I went to pick up the car, after an hour they gave me the keys and put the paperwork in front of me. They had lowered the trade-in value by $2000. They said they have the right to change their mind any time. I walked away. I have never been lied to or treated so disrespectfully. More
