Took my Jeep in on a Monday worked with Trent. Issues were covered by my warranty but he did tell me I needed rear brakes. I asked how much and when he told me close the $1000 I told him I would g Issues were covered by my warranty but he did tell me I needed rear brakes. I asked how much and when he told me close the $1000 I told him I would get them done elsewhere. That’s when the customer service went out the door! Attitude changed immediately! Although my Jeep was completed the same day, Trent never called me to let me know. I ended up leaving 10 messages, 5 texts and 3 messages for the manager and didn’t get a call back until the following Tuesday. Completely unacceptable, Trent had the audacity to tell me he had left me a message about my Jeep being ready. What I learned is if you do not have additional work done to pad their pockets they can careless about you as a customer. Horrible! More

I recently purchased a 2006 Dodge Dakota from your dealership here in Tucson, Arizona. I bought if from Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep, and they assured me that the truck was in properly working condition dealership here in Tucson, Arizona. I bought if from Larry Miller Chrysler Jeep, and they assured me that the truck was in properly working condition and that it was running. They said they put in a new battery, never happened. They said they installed new window tint on the whole truck, that didn't happen. They said that the transmission is good, and it just went out on me after driving it off of your lot a month ago. More

Dropped off my car today for the same issue as 3 previous visits. Got a call from Marcus telling me I can pick up my car as they got my sunroof closed but were unable to look at it because the 2 employees th visits. Got a call from Marcus telling me I can pick up my car as they got my sunroof closed but were unable to look at it because the 2 employees that can do it are booked until after Thanksgiving.... The first time I took my car here for this they said they do not see anything wrong and cleaned the tracks then sent me on my way. Next time, I am sorry but the one guy that fixes this issue is off. Sent me home without assistance and I had to cover my car with a tarp until it would close. Third time, guy not in, same thing, go home without help. The only bright side was Carlos who tried so hard to help me. Go to any other Mopar Service Center you can find, they want to make sure they take care of you unlike Larry H Miller!!!!!! More

Extremely Poor Customer Service I came in to be a customer. I was treated very poorly. The sales people offered no assistance in getting the car I wanted. They wasted my time on nume I came in to be a customer. I was treated very poorly. The sales people offered no assistance in getting the car I wanted. They wasted my time on numerous occasions. The General Manager was deceptive about communications with me. Check the reviews at Yelp or the BBB.. I finally purchased my new Jeep from a reputable dealer. Would not recommend. More
