My family and I drove from Sidney, OH and within that experience, I had many concerns traveling 7+ hours for a vehicle - and so many questions and unique requests. The team did great and fulfilled them all! To boot, they put new tires on (speaking of boots) and made me feel like a king. So friendly, it makes me want to buy another one.. Was given a quote on a new vehicle that included over $2000 for add-ons (cardoc Connect, clear shield, nitrogen). I told them I never asked for any of that and didn't want it. Sales person told me it had $2000 for add-ons (cardoc Connect, clear shield, nitrogen). I told them I never asked for any of that and didn't want it. Sales person told me it had "already been added to the vehicle as well as all of our new vehicles". My response was that stuff had not been disclosed originally and I did not want it. Not my problem if you "added it already". Very deceptive sales practice and not worth the cost, especially nitrogen in tires. Nitrogen in tires does NOT increase gas mileage or improve performance in any way. I really thought that myth had gone away years ago. More
