Communication is very poor. Service department does not listen to your request and address them. Invoice said that something was wrong with the washer fluid pump and stated that Service department does not listen to your request and address them. And on the video sent to me the tech showed that they refilled the washer fluid but never let me know there was a problem with it working. The car was returned to me with it not working. I told a guy in the service department when I picked my vehicle up that I was checking on a part that Cayla said they needed to order for the passenger seat. He said he didn’t know anything about it and I would need to call Cayla the next day. I showed him the piece that has come off was off the passenger seat. I told him it came off a few months after they had worked on the seat when I brought it in for repair about a year ago. He stated that they would’ve never let it go out of there like that. The gentleman was very smug and rude. I would not have him working for my company. He’s a poor representation for your company. He basically implied that I had lied and had broken the passenger seat piece. My husband and I had planned on trading the vehicle in and buy our next new Toyota Highlander at this dealership. I have been talking to one of your salesmen, Zach for a few months. The service department has made us decide to go elsewhere. More
