I had a great experience with my salesman, Lathedrick. He was knowledgeable about the cars and did everything he could to meet my needs. However, my experience with the finance employee, Phil, was not as He was knowledgeable about the cars and did everything he could to meet my needs. However, my experience with the finance employee, Phil, was not as pleasant. I had already arranged to finance my car through my credit union, but Phil told me I could only use the E-plan benefit if I financed through Hyundai Finance. I did not feel that was true because I had done this with my other purchase, and he told me that this was something "new". I  allowed him to pull my credit reluctantly and later found out he was not honest about me having to finance through Hyundai. They ended up financing my car through a bank that would benefit them. While I understand it's a business, being dishonest makes me not want to do business with Tameron Hyundai anymore. I will also not send any more customers to deal with Tameron Hyundai. I will continue to be a Hyundai customer but I will take my business elsewhere. More
