I was unhappy with the level of service, from scheduling to the timing of service. Though I arrived before 7, was first in line and had a7:30 AM appointment for an oil change, 5-6 patrons were serviced bef to the timing of service. Though I arrived before 7, was first in line and had a7:30 AM appointment for an oil change, 5-6 patrons were serviced before me. Scheduling availability for prepiad maintenance is ridiculous, I waited almost 3 weeks for availability. What is the point of scheduling and not being serviced at that time or minimally, in order of arrival? I has to get to work and service was not completed until almost 10, for an oil change, that is unsatisfactory. More

I came in to get an estimate for replacing the headliner on my 2006 Honda Civic. LaToya was the representative helping me. The wait time was not long and she brought me an estimate of about $1,500. I exp on my 2006 Honda Civic. LaToya was the representative helping me. The wait time was not long and she brought me an estimate of about $1,500. I explained that there was no way I could afford to pay that price. LaToya was professional and very respectful to me. Although I will not be getting the work done by Honda, I will most likely to return for service if something else is needed on my car. I have contacted a local shop I was referred to and will get the headliner replaced by them. There price was a much better fit with my retiree's burdget. More
