We purchased a 2023 Palisade last year, trading in our 2023 Santa Cruz as they requested. Our sales person was Jordan and he was great while we were buying the car. We went back this year because my wife’s car, which was a lease, a Hyundai 2020 Ioniq. We did purchase the car in New York, and we did go back to the dealer in New York to buy out my lease, but decided we live here in PA so felt maybe we would give the business to Dickson city Hyundai. After a very long, wait, Jordan came back with a quote that would’ve cost us $3000 more than the price of the car because that’s the way they do it in Pennsylvania. We asked for the manager he came over and told us that that’s the way it’s done in Pennsylvania. The car needs to have a full inspection and it would cost that much money to do the inspection and if we don’t like it, we were to contact our senator. We went back to the dealer in New York for the purchase of our lease. People were respectful and attentive, and it only cost $300 more than the purchase price of the car. That was the first issue. Today we went down there because our New Palisade had a sunroof shatter on us on Monday. I called yesterday and they told us we had to go down and leave the car for two weeks because it’s a first come first serve basis. So we drove down there today to.Launi and another man, I think may have been the manager. I’m not sure. They told us they couldn’t guarantee that Hyundai would warranty the glass and a loaner car for the period of time that it takes for them to fix our car. They were both quite rude so of course my husband, got agitated at the rudeness and kept asking questions why they couldn’t find out why they couldn’t find out. I even asked them if they could have someone expedite by calling Hyundai customer care and find out if things were covered so we know before we come down if we have to come in two cars or one car. They said they couldn’t do that. So of course, my husband got more agitated. The man that was we were dealing with was, also getting agitated with us and started an argument with my husband outside, actually even took his jacket off as if he was going to fight. We had an appointment scheduled for a month from now July 18Th. When we got home, we live a half hour to 40 minutes away from the dealer, we got a phone call from Dickson city Hyundai telling us that we are not allowed to come back to that dealer. So while we were home, I called Hyundai customer care and they informed me that because the car is a 2023. It’s less than five years and less than 60,000 miles of course we are covered. These people at Dickson city Hyundai could not have made that phone call for us. I will never, recommend anybody going to this dealer. We are going to another dealer that is treated us kind and with respect that we have never received at Dickson city Hyundai. More

2 thumbs down for their pathetic service department. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Won’t recommend ever! Will report my poor experience to the BBB and attorney general. This dealership is the worse to deal with all the time. I bought I car two years ago which the engine was going around 90,000 miles even though take care of the car to the fullest. When I traded it in, I was told there was minor accidents that were covered up. Also the service department doesn’t know anything either. They never have assistance to get a rental since your car might sit there for about a week before they even look at it. I will never buy or step foot on this property ever again. Where do I start. This is for the mechanical side of things. On Nov.6 our car got totaled there for failing to start. They had my car From Nov all the way until Dec 11. We called every week for an update and it was always an excuse. They are low on mechanics and etc. So When they finally looking at my car on Dec 11th ..they quoted me 900 almost 1000 to get it fix. Me and my husband was upset for one its been there over a month and two $900 almost $1000 is alot of money especially during the holidays season. So we ask to talk to dustin the manager, he explained why everything was that much and we will call him in a couple days to figure out what we going to do. Fast forward to Dec 18th. We made a car payment for our car note and our car note people called us and told us our car was repossessed because Hyundai dealership told them we went into their office in person yelling and raising xxxx . Saying we not paying them for anything and etc. which is A COMPLETE LIE. They never seen me or my husband in person not one time. Not one time we said we wasn’t gonna pay that. So now we got to pay 700 to almost 800 to get my car out the pound and get STILL GET THE CAR FIXED. Im in so much disbelief on Hyundai, im disgusted. The worst experience of my life! More

Had to have an engine replaced, which took a little over 4 months (engine on back order). Service personnel were pleasant, understanding, respectful, kept me updated, helped me get a rental car (covered by 4 months (engine on back order). Service personnel were pleasant, understanding, respectful, kept me updated, helped me get a rental car (covered by Hyundai), and ease of rental return. My only minor complaint was that I was not verbally informed to return rental full of gas and received a surprise credit card charge of $159 for approximately 10 gallons of gas. Yes! $15/gallon! More

The Service Department could not provide the repairs guaranteed under warranty. Instead, the dealership recommended I simply keep driving my 2022 Hyundai Tuscan, which shook violently when I drove it, f guaranteed under warranty. Instead, the dealership recommended I simply keep driving my 2022 Hyundai Tuscan, which shook violently when I drove it, for over a month until they had an available appointment. When I took it to another mechanic, he recommended immediate repairs to prevent serious damage to the engine. What is the point of having a warranty if the dealer is unable to service the vehicle when it is needed? Would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
