Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with. I bought my 2017 Hyundia Elantra in 2019 from Dickson City Hyundai (thinking I was getting a GREAT deal considering the original car I purchased was I bought my 2017 Hyundia Elantra in 2019 from Dickson City Hyundai (thinking I was getting a GREAT deal considering the original car I purchased was totaled when the dealer took the car to get it filled up with gas) What a HORRIBLE experience I have had here !!!!!!! In May of 2022 I took my car in for it's warranty check and told them there was a noise in the front passenger side and it was to do with the wheel hub. I was told by Brandon Ogrodnick and Nick Heverly that YES it was covered under warranty but please be patient while we try to get the parts in and we will call you to schedule a time for you to leave your car, WAITING and WAITING and I call and I am told yes mam the one part is here but not the other part we will try to get it right away and thank you for your patient. Then I am called and told OKAY the 2nd part is here but they can't get me in until NOVEMBER-I state that is ok as long as you know it IS under warranty and YES AGAIN I am told it is under warranty. (no problem) IMAGINE my surprise when I take it in and I am told by the Service Manager that No it is no longer under warranty (not my fault it took months for the part to come in) The Service Manager then told me but don't worry you can get your money reimbursed from the Corporate office =they gave me the website to upload my receipts to and I would get all my money back. (YES this is JULY 2023 and still NO reimbursement-they either keep closing my case, changing their mind on my reimbursement etc) Fast forward to June and I notice a small rust bubble (I thought) on the passenger front side door, I do my due diligence and take my car to 2 different certified body shops because I want to stop this before it becomes something huge. Imagine my surprise when I am told "oh we can't fix that as your car is still under warranty and it wasn't fix correctly the FISRT time !!!!!!!! WHAT I go home and get my car fax and YES surprise it was hit in 2018 on the right side of the car (where I had issues with my wheel hub and now RUST) Dickson City Hyundai bought it back in 2019 and then sold it to me as a " CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED CAR" which according to their website THEY inspect the car for and damages, accidents etc and are to fix them according to the Hyundai NEW car expectations--then HOW on earth do they NOT fix the right passenger door correctly or even NOTICE that it was a "slap job" and was never fixed correctly as my small rust spot is a HOLE yes A HOLE. !!!!!! More

Hyundai Tucson went in end of may was told to come pick it up July 1st it’s finally done. We couldn’t even drive it off the lot. Wasn’t fixed at all still had the check engine light on. Called on Monday spoke to Danny the only thing he kept saying was he was off that day and he had to piece together on what happened. More

The manager was very rude. I waited 3 weeks for my car, and got zero updates. When I called and the advisor was supposed to be there but ended up being off that day, my fiancé I waited 3 weeks for my car, and got zero updates. When I called and the advisor was supposed to be there but ended up being off that day, my fiancé and I drove up there to find out what was going on. After waiting 10 minutes while we watched the manager walk around, he finally started talking to us. After we voiced our concerns, and we called our mechanic to find out that Dickson City Hyundai was lying, he mocked us and asked “are you a Hyundai technician? No, I didn’t think so.” He was beyond rude and I’ve had nothing but an awful experience there. I will remind every person I meet never to go there. More
