My contacts with Launi Kopa, Service Advisor, have always been very positive. I had called Dickson City service from out of state for information concerning a breakdown of my Sonata at the beginning always been very positive. I had called Dickson City service from out of state for information concerning a breakdown of my Sonata at the beginning of my trip, and never received a return call. When back home, I looked up Launi and spoke directly to her to work out a service appointment. Unfortunately, my car didn’t make it to the first available appointment, but I know that Launi did her best to try to get the car looked at. More

Hyundai has a terrific line of products. They are well built & priced reasonably. Once the sale is completed the service department becomes key in repeat business. If the sales dept is not up to par customers will fall off. Dickson city Hyundai has LONNIE ! Lonnie is a key employee she’s caring , knowledgeable & personable to customers. She’s the reason I keep going back. The mechanics are terrific too. Many dealerships lack the personnel to keep the customers returning. Not so with Dickson city Hyundai. Thank you More
