Even after informing them we would be continuing to search elsewhere they offered to stay involved in our search, where other dealerships were aggressive with their outreach, the internet sales department was kind and easygoing. Laura was our salesperson at the dealership, and we can't say how glad we are that she was our salesperson. She made the stressful experience of buying a car a breeze with her kind, laid back, and humorous personality. This was the third car we have purchased from Patrick Subaru and the best experience yet. Even after the purchase was complete Laura called to make sure were happy with the purchase and sent out a lovely thank you card. Should the time come when we are ready for our fourth we hope Laura will be there to assist us again. More
