Mark was by far the best person I worked for. Then along came covid and well the rest is history. I also worked with Stephanie at Honda and Balise. Very smart lady, with a killer smile. Hyannis Honda has been my dealer for five cars now and since a Honda lasts for a long time, I can say I have done business with them for nearly twenty-five years. Fast, friendly, effecient, all encompassing I came in on a Tuesday at 12.30 as my last CRV (with 245,000 miles) was near the end. I talked with Tom Whalen. One of the things that is often oft I came in on a Tuesday at 12.30 as my last CRV (with 245,000 miles) was near the end. I talked with Tom Whalen. One of the things that is often oft putting in walking into a dealership is the 'pressure' to buy or 'upsell'. Tom did none of this. He listened to what I was interested in. He talked to me about several options, but respected my boundaries. (buying vs. leasing). The car I was interested in was no longer there (CRV's come and go fast!!), but he found another car that worked just as well (CRV, low mileage, under $19k). He had a list in front of him of all the cars that were available that day (including some at the Honda branch in Orleans) and let me peruse them, while he went to see what else may have come in that day. Yay! he found my dream car. I really wanted to have a car that day, and he and his team handled all the details and paperwork so my car was registered, inspected and insured before I left the loft at 3.30 pm. SO YES, I had a car within 3 hours!! Besides the sales team - I have been using the Hyannis Honda Service team for 16 years! They are absolutely the best and a main reason I came back to buy another Honda. More

Short notice repair - great service Had an issue with a gear pressure switch, valve gasket etc.. Great new HRV in my driveway! "Just Looking" but the deal I was offered was too good to walk away from. David Hunt, salesman at Hyannis Honda, made me feel comfortable about purch "Just Looking" but the deal I was offered was too good to walk away from. David Hunt, salesman at Hyannis Honda, made me feel comfortable about purchasing a new car. I was really just looking as I have been entirely satisfied with my last two Honda "Fit"cars for the past 12 years. Though I like small, GAS SAVING vehicles, I knew it was time for something I felt more confident in for the snowy northern winters of New Hampshire and the extreme winds on Route 93. My new HRV is comfortable and doesn't feel too big though I do miss the gas savings (feel as though I need to cover the monitor that reveals the miles per gallon!!), I know this was the right move for me and Hyannis Honda made it easy. More

Great Experience I me my sales person Frank Phillips while walking the parking lot while my 2012 CR-V was being serviced. Frank asked if I needed any help and I told him I was just looking around while waiting for service. He told me if I has any questions just reach out and left me alone to do my looking. After looking at the newer CR-Vs I thought I would see what it would cost to buy or lease a new CR-V. I found Frank and we started the pricing process. Quickly learned that buying a new CR-V with my 2012 CR-V as trade in was not goin to work and so we talked leasing. Again, it seemed really high. Frank understood what I could afford and went to discuss with his Manager Eddie. Eddie understood!!! He was able to adjust to lease price to one that I could accept. And so I accepted! Until I called my wife who told me absolutely not and she would want to come back and discuss with them. So I gave Frank and Eddie the bad news, left the sales office heading back to service when my wife called back and apologized and said I should go for it. Phew!! So I went back into sales office found Eddie and Frank and told them. I was expecting that the deal was no longer valid as I had rejected their offer. To my surprise all was as it was before and we finished the deal. I bought the car on Friday and picked up my new CR-V on the following Monday. Sean the business manager was able to transfer my special Cape & Island plates to the new leased car. I have had the car for a few days and it is everything I hoped it would be. Great Experience again by Hyannis Honda!!!! I have purchased my 1999 Honda CR-V from Hyannis Honda, my 2012 CR-V, my wife purchased her 2015 Civic and my daughter has leased her 2016 Cive from Hyannis Honda. Very happy with the Sales and Service !!!!!! More
