She knew what we wanted—she took us to storage lot to pick it out and it was pretty much a done deal. Aside from long paperwork (which is expected) Laura was awesome to work with. I did a lot of research when I decided to buy a new car, I used all kind of discount sources, visited tons of stores for different brands. Unlike other dealers who tried hard to get you in the store without offering good price (using tax as an excuse to put your money in their own pocket) or aggressively trying to brainwash you, or push you. Dan and Laura put their efforts on getting us good deal. There was no tricks. Just honest offer without additional fees or costs. No need to work hard on price negotiation because they offer you the best price at first place. The offering was given directly through email to help me save my time comparing price. Buying from them will definitely save you a lot of time and money. Dan is a great man who tried his best to help you and get you what you want. Laura and Mark were very nice and patient, explaining all the technical features and financial terms you need to know. What else can beat the best offering at the beginning and great honest people? We got to the dealership later that we would have liked to last night and you would have thought we walked in at 9am. We did not feel rushed through the process and everyone took all the time necessary for us to make our final decision on our beautiful, new Tiguan SEL. We worked with Sam, Laura, and Clemente and each one was nicer and more helpful than the next. Laura took the time to find out what we were looking for in a car and what features were most important to us. She showed us cars that met our needs and had the features we were looking for...there was no upselling. It was a truly pleasant experience! My mom also recently got a VW Jetta from City and she had the same experience. She's also had nothing but great service from the Service Department as well. I will definitely refer all my friends here. Kudos to all of you! More
