We got to the dealership later that we would have liked to last night and you would have thought we walked in at 9am. We did not feel rushed through the process and everyone took all the time necessary for us to make our final decision on our beautiful, new Tiguan SEL. We worked with Sam, Laura, and Clemente and each one was nicer and more helpful than the next. Laura took the time to find out what we were looking for in a car and what features were most important to us. She showed us cars that met our needs and had the features we were looking for...there was no upselling. It was a truly pleasant experience! My mom also recently got a VW Jetta from City and she had the same experience. She's also had nothing but great service from the Service Department as well. I will definitely refer all my friends here. Kudos to all of you! More
