Good but not great Laura Morgison was my sales person and she was beyond great. She had completely gone out of her way to help me in collecting a few items from my trade Laura Morgison was my sales person and she was beyond great. She had completely gone out of her way to help me in collecting a few items from my trade-in days and even a couple weeks after the final sale for my new jeep. I can not thank her enough for her helping me when this all could have been avoided on my part. HOWEVER the same can not be said about the sales manager. I have purchased two new jeep wrangler within the past 18 months. Both times from the same gentleman I received a thank you for your business handshake knowing that as soon as I left the dealership that he would not care to help anymore. This could not have been anymore true than just a couple days later when I came up to the dealership to pick one of the items Luara had retrieved for me from my trade-in. As I was up there I had mentioned to this gentleman that my brand new jeep had the "airbag fault light" on, he proceeded to point through the building and say take it to the survive center. Where later I will be told that it will take about 45 min and have to set up an appointment to check what's wrong. No big deal however a couple days later when I bring my car up it ends up taking over four hours out of my work day then told that it is a simple faulty seat belt sensor and that they will have to order one in which will take a couple days to get in. That was now five days ago and still haven't heard a word. Now looking back on this I understand each of these things individually aren't bad, but considering I either a.) got too little for my trade-in or b.) paid too much for my new jeep feel that someone could have thrown their weight around a little more to expedite this stupid faulty airbag light. More

Thrilled to be back in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Great new sales rep, Laura Morgison, who took the time to show us several different vehicles. Fun sales rep to work with. Ended up with a new Rubicon Great new sales rep, Laura Morgison, who took the time to show us several different vehicles. Fun sales rep to work with. Ended up with a new Rubicon and loving it so far. Only complaint is that the processing of the deal could be enhanced and improved, took over 2 hours, though it was a Saturday. More
