Outstanding professional service from start to finish Because I have accompanied several of my friends to other Nissan, Auto-land Enterprise and Hyundai car dealership As they searched to purchase a car Because I have accompanied several of my friends to other Nissan, Auto-land Enterprise and Hyundai car dealership As they searched to purchase a car I can honestly say working with Alex Ramos and Lauren Cronin was the most pleasant caring professional experience I have ever had. It was obvious from the beginning Alex listened intently to my needs and concerns as I discerned which vehicle I REALLY wanted. Alex worked and reworked numbers with patience and understanding and attention to every detail I mentioned. He demonstrated not only his knowledge of every aspect of the workings of the cars but the importance of working within the budget of the customer. Alex then turned us over to the most capable hands of Lauren Cronin who also was amazing knowledgeable patient and fun to work with. Again her attention to details and listening to all of what I expressed was important to me became obvious as she highlighted certain features of the vehicle. Lastly I enjoyed working with Steven in finance. He too was professional and great to work with. Finally, I have already and will continue to recommend people to Fontana Nissan.
