I chose Rye Subaru because they are local. I believe it’s important to buy local. I also like the option of having the car serviced locally where I can walk to and from the location. I was sorry I missed meeting the people in the service area, but I know I will be seeing them at the 6000 mile or six month check-in and oil change. LAUREN is absolutely amazing. Her frequent check-in’s and follow ups were so impressive and so professional I do like knowing she stands by the product she sells. There should be a lot more people like LAUREN as for financing and pricing, well, let’s face the fact they are car salespeople but for me, haggling was less important that buying locally. More

Lauren H. and the Staff where amazing. We did not feel any pressure and her detailed knowledge of the features of the different models in the dealership was cl and the Staff where amazing. We did not feel any pressure and her detailed knowledge of the features of the different models in the dealership was clear and evident. When we arrived, it was a warm atmosphere at the dealership. We test drove a few different models, and Lauren helped us realize what was the most important must haves we were looking for. Her knowledge of the exterior and interior features of cars, especially the interior electronics and system boards, was outstanding. My Wife and I were given an extensive run down of how to use and how the cars perform. The ironic part was the car we ended up picking was the that was directly behind us when we sat with Lauren in the show room. (Forester 2026 Onyx). Lauren is amazing to even the smallest detail like, she had the Velcro ready to switch my ezpass over to the new car. After purchasing the car, Lauren introduced us to the whole service team and explained that we are now family. We are so glad to have been connected to Lauren and will request her services and share our experience’s with others who are looking to get into the Subaru market.
