Lauren, who had sold my wife two cars, immediately came out to greet me and inquire as to what I needed. She comes across, not as a sales person, but as someone who is truly trying to help. Upon my subsequent visits, she was again the only one who actually came out to greet me. I would recommend people go directly to her, and that the dealership implement some training for its other sales people. More
