Lauren came through on every front, from when I called them in December 2021 asking if they had the trim level of the 2022 Ioniq 5 I wanted in stock yet (they didn't), to following up with me as soon as i them in December 2021 asking if they had the trim level of the 2022 Ioniq 5 I wanted in stock yet (they didn't), to following up with me as soon as it arrived, to a direct and efficient sales process. She's deeply familiar with every trim level and feature of the model I bought and got me set up and on the road with no problems. When I had a follow up questions the evening after the sale and I emailed her after work hours, she responded to me immediately with exactly the info I needed. More
