Strangest Thing In The World I purchased a Toyota Rav-4 from Galaxy on Tuesday !0/22. I was quite pleased with it. Unfortunately by Thursday afternoon it was obvious I was having I purchased a Toyota Rav-4 from Galaxy on Tuesday !0/22. I was quite pleased with it. Unfortunately by Thursday afternoon it was obvious I was having a reaction to the car seat. I called Galaxy and my salesman KJ Peters and he told me to bring it in as soon as I could. He was off on Friday but he wanted to come in to assisted me. When my Daughter and I got there on Friday, KJ was there and gave me over to Mr Hernandez, the sales manager. It was obvious that KJ had explainede my problem to Mr Hernandez.He was very sympathetic and worked quickly to find a car which address my issue. All I paid was the differential between my existing cars new price and this cars price. Both KJ and Mr Hernandez did everything they could to expedite the process.and the Finance Manager, Ms Mueller, took care of my paper work personally. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I certainly will return to Galaxy Toyota for my automobile needs. More

Dream Car Come True When I walked into Galaxy I never in a million years thought I'd be leaving in a brand new Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. I worked with Freddy Tapia to When I walked into Galaxy I never in a million years thought I'd be leaving in a brand new Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. I worked with Freddy Tapia to find exactly what I wanted from their HUGE selection of four wheel drive vehicles. I met with Lauren Mueller to plead my case to wash dishes, scrub floors, or do whatever it would take to get into the 4Runner i had always dreamed of. She worked tirelessly over several options until she came up with a deal that knocked me on the floor. The sale was unbelievably easy and they were very generous with the amount given for my trade in. I arrived the next day and my dream ride was washed, prepped, and ready to roll. Freddy came in on his day off to deliver the car to me and spent almost two hours going over all the bells and whistles my new baby came with. He made sure to mention several times that if I had any questions to call him anytime and he would be glad to help. It has been one week since my purchase and I still can't believe how easy and affordable it was. Including 2 years free maintenance on my vehicle! I can't thank Lauren and Freddy enough for making this little boy very happy. I would (and will) recommend this dealership and the amazing staff to anyone looking for a car and an experience that will be hassle free. More

The salesman was super nice as well. I have no credit but my co signer did and that's the 3rd car he gets from this dealership so he highly recommended me it and I was not disappointed. My insurance was going to be high cause I'm a new driver but another employee stepped in to help me out and made calls to lower my monthly insurance cost. More
