She then studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She grew up in a Military household in North Carolina and became a Veteran herself too! She has moved through the Auto Industry to expand her skills, starting as an Auto Technician and then onto an Automotive State Inspector, Tires & Brakes Store Manager, and now a Service Advisor with our great team!

This year I had my first experience with Jerry’s Chevrolet. I will tel you it was nothing short of amazing I was handle with care from the door. My beautiful experience started and ended with a cust Chevrolet. I will tel you it was nothing short of amazing I was handle with care from the door. My beautiful experience started and ended with a customers service representative by the name of Lauren. She made me for comfortable and keep me updated every step of the way. Lauren assured me that my Carr and I was in good heads and she will make sure I am happy with the end result. I was extremely pleased with my last service visit to Jerry’s Chevrolet. I expected to pay the advertised price for my oil change/tire rotation, however, my service advisor honored the price I paid durin Jerry’s Chevrolet. I expected to pay the advertised price for my oil change/tire rotation, however, my service advisor honored the price I paid during my last visit which was much less. I greatly appreciated that. I was also pleased that they offered Lyft service free of charge so I didn’t have to wait for my vehicle. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely use Jerry’s for future service. More
