Good afternoon, I initially brought my vehicle in for a recall and to fix/replace the AWD coupler because it was make a clunking sound toward the rear of the vehicle . I dropped my vehicle off at 1035 and recall and to fix/replace the AWD coupler because it was make a clunking sound toward the rear of the vehicle . I dropped my vehicle off at 1035 and did not get any update for 5 hours so I called in and asked Lauren about it and was told that they didn't have any updates at the moment and will let me know when they do. When I picked up my vehicle they told me the issue was coming from another part and not the AWD Coupler and that the sound should be gone but when I drove off the lot the loud clunking was still there. I was also told that my rear shocks were leaking but it wasn't bad enough to fix. If my rear shocks are leaking in my opinion it should have been fixed especially since it's under warranty. I left there with nothing being fixed that I wanted besides the recall and leaking rear shocks that if I was given the opinion to, would have wanted them replaced no matter the severity. So I would say my experience there was bad and a waste of time. More

These folks are great. Now that they are a Faricy dealer, things are goint to improve greatly - I can already sense that. I took both my KIAs in for oil changes this week, and the Service Department is getting expanded, they are adding more techs, and it made me keenly aware that the old management didn't see things that were needed in the past. All of the service folks are happy about the new management, and that makes ME happy. I had bought a few Jeeps off Faricy inthe past, and they are great to work with. I am really glad they now own the KIA dealership we have used for a long time. If I could give these folks 10 ratings here, I would!!!! More
