Financing was quick and easy with Charlie and he had me out the door pretty quickly. The woman I spoke to on the phone had me rush out to the dealership under the pretense that they would buy out my lease. After I was there and had gone through hours of sales negotiations, I was told they couldn’t reach the finance department for my lease to make an offer. I also had to have two people drive 2 hours to come pick up my lease because of this. The sales manager came to speak to me when it came to my final sales offer. She was pretty rude and aggressive. Her attitude that I was negotiating a lower price was indignant and she alluded that I didn’t have the credit to get the interest rate I was banking on. Not good sales tactics in my opinion, and really no good reason to be insulting. Ultimately, as a person who is not a fan of the car buying experience in general. Damian was a great, down to earth sales consultant and I do love my new vehicle. Oh, and I got an interest rate even lower than what I was expecting. More
