So I paid for the Service maintenance package and when I got the inspection/service sheet back it was blank. They only filled out the top part but the actual work that was done and the results of the the in got the inspection/service sheet back it was blank. They only filled out the top part but the actual work that was done and the results of the the inspection as ALL black and NOT FILLED IN. So it looks like they are purposely trying to keep me in the dark about any maintenance condition about my vehicle ( brake condition, tire tread dept, etc.. ) or they just didn't do any of the maintenance. If you pay $558 for a service package I would think information on what was found would be included. And its not like its a procedure issue. The checklist they gave me all the information for the mechanic to fill out, blocks with green, yellow, red, and grey conditions to circle and a comment section. Every block was given back to me blank and It wasn't even filled out. So the TRUST issue with these guys are not there. I question their honesty and ethics. More
