Extremely satisfying Because from the moment I arrived Mark came right into the lobby and met with me, he was very pleasant and welcoming. He looked right away for someone to help me and Jessica were the one that came. She was so awesome and very helpful and she did an excellent job. Lauren called me that I was approved, Mark got all the paper works done and signed, Jessica got the insurance covered and keys to our hands, DONE. What a great team they were. This great team that I worked with were awesome and done an excellent job. I'm bringing my son for his new truck. More

worst dealership ever. Don't expect customer service. Don't expect them to fulfill promises (like calling you back) No one greets you when you walk in. While you're waiting (3 hours for us), no one came to tell us it would be a long wait. The most we got was "Drive slow on your way over here". All we needed was for someone to say "We are severely backed up, it may be a long wait"... we would have gone to have dinner, seen a movie... SOMETHING except waiting in that lobby with obnoxious rap music playing. I called Customer Service Manager, Lauren. She initially helped, but then didn't answer phone calls. I then called Lisa Joslin three times, whom I was told was the General manager... I never received a call back. When I ran into Lisa on the day we signed our lease I asked her why she didn't return my phone calls she said, "Oh, I was off" ... I said I called two days ago and left you several messages... her answer? "oh, I haven't checked my messages in three days". really? Sad.... Once my lease is up I will never again come here. We eve bought our accessories from New City Nissan just to avoid these sad, lazy people. More

I called the the Nissan service department number and scheduled my appointment for the next day at 2:30 pm. I arrived on the day of my appointment and at 1:00 PM and hour and a half early. I checked in and within the hour the job is done and I was leaving the dealership. More
