Right away he called me that they found the problem and will be fixed right away. I am happy as Shawn took away my stress. Awesome job Shawn! More

Will not be using or recommending KWN ever again 1) Bought my car in Nov 2016. KWN said not to mind the A.C. rumbling, that they had checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong with it. They said 1) Bought my car in Nov 2016. KWN said not to mind the A.C. rumbling, that they had checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong with it. They said if it quit working within 90 days I could bring it back and get it fixed for free. Of course it quit working after the 90 days so we've been without air in our car for over a year and, if we DID try to run it, the entire dash would shake and make a horrible noise even on "1." Finally, I couldn't take it anymore so I took it to a place to have it looked at. They found the fan drum packed full of napkins. They said they have no idea how it could have happened on its own. There were even napkins in the line they were unable to retrieve. Replacing it was going to be $500 so I opted to have them clean out as much as they could. It still makes a noise but not near as bad and at least it blows cold air! Can't believe KWN lied to me and didn't check the A.C. noise! If they had, they would have found the problem right away. 2) It also took them EIGHT MONTHS to replace my recalled driver airbag and they refused to give me a rental. Just got it replaced after 8 months of driving around without one. Crazy! Won't be using or recommending King Windward Nissan ever again! More

Got a great deal on a Leaf lease! We asked Steve Gibu, our salesperson, to call us when the car we wanted was available at the right price. He did. We went in to King Nissan, and came We asked Steve Gibu, our salesperson, to call us when the car we wanted was available at the right price. He did. We went in to King Nissan, and came home with a car three hours later at the price we had requested. Steve was very professional and friendly. We enjoyed working with him! More

Quickest oil change I ever had. Great customer service. I didn’t have an appointment set for that day and when I went in I expected to wait at least 2 hours but it took 45 minutes.
