Lauren is the best! ! My experiences with dealerships in the past has not been good, but I had a security issue with my GTR that needed a dealer with a GTr certified tech ! My experiences with dealerships in the past has not been good, but I had a security issue with my GTR that needed a dealer with a GTr certified tech to fix. Lauren got me in right away with a GTR certified tech which not all dealerships have. She contacted me multiple times to ensure I was OK with the work they where going to preform BEFORE they did the work. She was there for me from the beginning middle and end, answering any questions and being very helpful. She contacted me a few days after for a follow up to make sure the issue didn’t come back and that the car was running good. I even set up another appointment to get new keys made. She was professional and over the top. I won’t take my GTR to any other service manager. She also didn’t try to sell me on work that I didn’t need, they let me know a few minor issues I had, but didn’t try and force me to get them fixed. 10/10 Best dealer experience, and BEST Service Manager/Advisor I have ever dealt with. More
