The finance manager was great. Even gave options to choose with payments and down-payment amount. The dealer general manager did not meet with us, but called the day of purchase. However, I was not aware of the restricted feature in the dash unit not able to connect with Google on my phone. The salesman Joe Migliaccio said he would check with his manager for any solution with no response. I like my new Kicks, but disappointed I wasn't given all the vehicle details up front in my choice. I did find the perfect car. I did come in on a Sunday and the credit union my loan was submitted wasn’t opened, I was supposed to hear something back on Monday…..I still haven’t I did come in on a Sunday and the credit union my loan was submitted wasn’t opened, I was supposed to hear something back on Monday…..I still haven’t heard any follow up. There was supposed to be a chance to win up to 3k for coming in for a test drive over the weekend. That was never mentioned.
