There are so many options these days with vehicles that it can be very overwhelming in general. Not only did Nicholas and his staff go above and beyond, they made it easy and time efficient! We were able to take our time and not feel rushed yet didn't have to hang around a dealership for hours all weekend. We ended up walking out with a gorgeous vehicle that we absolutely adore at a great price and felt confident in our decision making due to the knowledge and professionalism of every employee we encountered. From the sales team to finance team to management team, you'll be working with a great crew who truly makes you feel like you are in the right hands. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience with Nicholas and his staff. We'll surely be life long customers of their's from this day on. Selected the place for a flat tire which required a replacement. The work was fast but did not set the tire pressure right so now my car is imbalance on one side. I haven't seen my advisor for the enti replacement. The work was fast but did not set the tire pressure right so now my car is imbalance on one side. I haven't seen my advisor for the entire period, only during the phone. I was not greeted for at least one minute. I wouldn't even know where my car was during the pick up, luckly I spotted it myself. The only person I interact is the cashier where I paid for the $$$ where they had a good attitude (which they should). The advisor tried to explain what's going on and asked me to bring it back to fix it. But I do not have time to just go there for something like this, which would waste me at least an hour in my life due to a mistake they made. I am very disappointed with this service and will go to Peabody instead in the future. More
