Flexible Laurie and the team were great. The day we arrived the service department was a bit back logged so we waited for about 45 minutes to sit with Lori. Laurie and the team were great. The day we arrived the service department was a bit back logged so we waited for about 45 minutes to sit with Lori. At that time she realized our service would take us a bit of time, so she had us head home and had a driving deliver us a loaner car while he picked up our vehicle. The next day she had a driver deliver us our vehicle and take back with her the loaner car. In the interim she and John filled our car with gas. Very much appreciate that she made your schedule work with our hectic schedule. Thank you! More

30,000 Mi Checkup with Extras Laurie was great. Super informative. I had some work done at the Watertown location and it was not the greatest experience. The difference between Wat Laurie was great.
