REALLY? She’s had the car on a flatbed more than she’s been able to drive it for he month she’s had it . Second time she got stuck in it. My mother in law bought a car from penn Toyota and told me and my wife about this location, so we gave it a try and 7 Vehicles later we won't go anywhere else! Customer service is beyond what we got, thanks to our sales guy Tommy kim, and also for the great hospitality and customer service as well James, and Morris. They all made my wife and I feel like a part of the family. They care about the customer and they are up front about everything, And to the service team Shereza and Laurie thank you for helping us get our service needs done and the most conveniently way possible from the appointments to the loner cars, and making servicing experience very enjoyable!
